Joy Dianna Delay

Joy Dianna DeLay, 60, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019 in a Nashville, TN hospital. She was born on July 13, 1958 a daughter of the late James & Faye DeLay. She was a member of All Nations Church of God.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother Ronnie DeLay.
Joy leaves behind to cherish her memory three siblings Reverend Mike DeLay (Melissa), Gayla Guy ( Willie) and Tammy Couch (Terry), nine nieces and nephews Tony DeLay (Missy), Paul DeLay, Beth Guy, LaManda DeLay Bowers, Nick Guy (Jennifer), Michael DeLay (Courtney), Nina Couch, Patrick Guy and Zack Couch (Lydia), numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
A celebration of her life is planned for Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the Cleveland chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, TN with the Reverend Mike Whitmire officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time.
The interment and committal service will take place on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Lee Cemetery in McDonald with her nephews serving as pallbearers.
