Joseph Yoakum

Joseph Earl Yoakum, 68, of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. Joseph was born on August 2, 1955, to the late Bruce Yoakum Sr. and Ellen Jean (Smith) Yoakum. He enjoyed working on off-road vehicles and racing RC cars. Joseph was a master mechanic and owned Atomic off-road.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his sister, Lisa Zeno; nephew and nieces, Michael Yoakum, Melissa Michael, Tiffany Yoakum, and Tabitha Mullins; great nieces and nephews, Kensely Nicholson, Cassidy Nicholson, Christian Edwards, Keith Edwards, Tyler Yoakum, Alexis Yoakum, Stacy, Dallas, Megan Michael, and Addy Yoakum; along with a host of extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bruce Yoakum, Sr; mother, Ellen Jean (Smith) Yoakum; Stepmother, Carol Yoakum; and his grandmother, Vada Yoakum
