Joseph Robert Rapier

Joseph Robert Rapier, 63, of Charleston, TN passed away on December 6, 2020. A lifelong resident of Bradley County, Joe was born on January 7, 1957 to the late Elmer Rapier and Willie Ervin Rapier. Those who knew Joe will remember a hardworking man who loved his family more than anything.
He is preceded in death by his father Elmer Rapier.
Leaving behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 43 years, Connie Thurman Rapier; mother Willie Ervin Rapier; two daughters: Brittany Spurgeon (Kevin) and Jessica Cross (Zach); granddaughter he raised as a daughter Madelon Morgan (James); brothers Charlie Rapier (Angie), Larry Rapier (Mary), and Randy Rapier (Brenda); grandchildren: Christian Spurgeon, Gage Spurgeon, Grant Spurgeon, Brint Spurgeon, Eli Cross, Asher Cross, and Sophia Cross. In addition to these he leaves behind numerous extended family and friends.
