Joseph Ray "Joey" Huckabey

Joseph Ray “Joey” Huckabey, 41, a lifelong resident of Athens, TN passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at his home. He was born in Athens, TN on December 2, 1975. He loved deer hunting, fishing and the great outdoors.

Joey is preceded in death by his grandparents Ray & Clara Huckabey and Joe & Mary Jo Stafford.

Joey leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents William “Bill” & Patsy Ann Huckabey, two sons Joseph Tyler Ray Huckabey (Bekah), and Kevin Andrew Huckabey, three daughters Alexis Brianna Huckabey, Desiree Starr Huckabey and Hannah Grace Huckabey Gray, his special friend and brother Chris Vogus, numerous other extended family members and a host of friends.

A memorial service celebrating his life is planned for Thursday evening, September 7th, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Stephensville Baptist Church located at 1318 Highway 310 in Englewood, TN with the Reverend James L. Morgan officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time.
