Joseph Carl Lowe

Joseph “Joey” Carl Lowe, 34, a lifelong resident of Athens, TN departed this life on October 20, 2021. He was born on January 2, 1987 to Jeff Sneed and Robin Garrison.

Joey was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vesta Duckett, Mildred & L.H. Sneed; and his uncle, Larry Sneed.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his father, Jeff Sneed; his mother and stepfather, Robin & Ronnie Garrison; his son, Elijah Lowe; his siblings, Marty Sneed, Ciara Sneed, and Josh Goodman; his uncles, Mike Lowe, Bill Lowe; his aunt, Rhonda Armstrong; along with several cousins and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Companion Funeral & Cremation Service of Athens on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The family will be receiving friends prior to the service from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
