Jonathan W. West

Jonathan W. West (Johnny) of Rome, Ga passed away on September 19, 2021. He was a resident of both the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas for 50 plus years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He really enjoyed golf especially in his younger years and always been big fan of college football and the Georgia Bulldogs. He was outgoing and had many friends in the community. He was retired 40 plus years from Curtis Products. He loved his local and extended family in the Griffin, GA, and Macon, GA area.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Neal, and granddaughter, Rachel.

He is survived by wife, Lettie Jane West; son, Jeffrey L. West; grandsons, Peyton and Logan; sister, Alice Grantham; brothers in law, Ernest and Virgie McIntire; and stepbrother, Jerry Akin.

He was a veteran with arrangements to be interred in the National Cemetery in Chattanooga. There will be a graveside service with details to be announced.
