Johnny Johnson

Johnny Johnson of Riceville, TN passed away on April 30, 2020. Johnny worked at Pengulf for 28 years before his retirement. Johnny loved to fish and be outdoors.
Johnny is the son of the late Ida Womac and Jim Johnson. He is also preceded in death by his wife Helen Johnson and sister Christina Givens.
Johnny is survived by one son Christopher Johnson of Riceville, TN and three daughters Anna Johnson of Riceville, Leslie Walden and her husband John Walden of Niota, Vicki Hitt and her husband Chris Hitt of Calhoun and Rose Keith and her husband Christopher Keith. Johnny is also survived by several grandchildren, two brothers David Johnson of Athens and Alfred Johnson of Etowah and one sister Grace Bledsoe of Athens along with numerous other extended family members and host of special friends.
The family will have a private graveside service at Sunset Memorial Gardens with grandsons C. J. Keith, Christopher Johnson, Jordan Johnson, Tristen Johnson, Kyler Jones, Malachi Jones and Zeke Jones serving as pallbearers.
