John Wayne King

John Wayne King, 60, a resident of Decatur, TN and formally of Athens, TN passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at his home. He was born in Athens, TN on March 10, 1959 a son of the late Rob & Addie King. Wayne was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one grandchild Peyton King.
Wayne leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 35 years Debra Cranfill King, one son Justin King, one daughter Jessica King and her companion Matthew, two sisters Faye Hicks and Kim King, two brothers Robbie King and Tim King (Norma), special friend Jerry McHone, numerous other extended family members and a host of friends.
A graveside service is planned for Friday, July 12, 2019 at 12:30 PM in the Mt. View Memorial Gardens in Decatur, TN with the Reverend Van Elkins officiating.
