Passed away from a rare form of cancer on Wednesday, June 14th 2023 in his home surrounded by his wife & daughter and loved ones. John served in the army in 1983.

Preceded in death by his mother Janet Dorothy (Barton) Weil, his father Patrick Eugene Weil , his aunt Doris Roberts as well as all grandparents.

He survived in death by his wife of 17 years Erika R. Weil , his son Bryan M. Weil of Tellico Plains, TN , his daughter Catherine J Weil of Madisonville TN , his sister Cheryl A. Davis and her family of West Palm Beach, FL his brother James C. Weil and his family of Ten Mile, TN his Brother Justin S Lipscomb of Madisonville TN, his ex-wife Carmen Perez of Colorado, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

John loved motorcycles and cars, music and fishing...but most of all he loved his friends & family. He did everything he could to help those around him and will be missed by a great many people. He was always thankful for all the love & support he received during his journey with cancer.
