John N. Edwards

John N. Edwards Jr. of Sweetwater, TN., passed away April 7, 2020, peacefully after a short illness. John was born April 9, 1954 in Windsor Vt. His parents were John and Helen (Harrington) Edwards. John was raised in Windsor, Vt. He graduated from Windsor High School in 1954. John was an avid sports fan and loved his New England teams and Nascar.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Helen both from Windsor, Vt., his brother Bruce Edwards, Claremont, NH., nephew Westley Crawford, Hartford, Vt., and granddaughter Kaliah Dearing, Harrisburg, Pa.

He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Darlene Edwards (Wilcox), Sweetwater, Tn., sons Lance Edwards, Sweetwater, Tn., and Jeremy Edwards, Harrisburg, Pa. His brother Paul Edwards, Ma. He is also survived by his daughter-in-law, Kenda Edwards, Mechanicsburg, Pa., grandson Mitchell Vovakes and wife Meggan, granddaughters Jayde and Makenzie Edwards all from Vermont. Granddaughter Kennadie Edwards, Mechanicsburg, Pa and granddaughter Kali Davidson, Wormleysburg, Pa., great granddaughter Ivy Vovakes of Vt. and several aunta, uncles, nieces and nephews.

There will be no funeral services. Donations may be made in John's name to your favorite charity.
