John Lamar Hodgson

John Lamar Hodgson, 60, passed away February 11, 2023, at his residence surrounded by family. John was a member of Stanfield Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Army. He loved gardening, yard sales, TN Football, and spending time with his grandson.

Survived by his mother, Norma Jean Hodgson; son, John Dalton Hodgson (Ashley); brother, Neil Hodgson (Pam); grandchildren, John Luke Dalton, Aiden Smith, and Paige White.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM, Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Stanfield Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Rymer, Rev. David Evans, and Rev. Eric Geren officiating. 

Burial will take place after the service at Stanfield Baptist Church Cemetery with pallbearers, Phil Brackett, Tanner Withrow, Ellis Trotter, Jason Caldwell, Matt Stephens, and Andy Caldwell.
