John Henry Miller Jr.

John Henry Miller Jr., 67, of Cleveland, TN passed away on October 19, 2018. He was born on April 3, 1951 to the late John Henry Miller Sr. and Roberta Dunn Miller. He was a lifelong resident of this area and of the Christian Faith. He loved the Lord with all his heart. John enjoyed playing guitar and spending time with his family at the beach and in the mountains.
In addition to his mother and father he is preceded in death by one sister Brenda Clark and two brothers Ralph Howard and Frank Howard.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 46 years, Linda Miller; daughter Angie McCoy; grandchildren: Amber Smitty, Marissa McCoy, and Mark McCoy; sisters: Rebecca Green and JoAnn Bryson; brothers in law: Gary McAmis, Kenny McAmis (Twyla), and David McAmis; sister in law Marilyn Huskins (Terry). In addition to these, he leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on Wednesday October 24, 2018 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday October 25, 2018 in the Dixon Chapel of North Cleveland Church of God with Rev. Mitch Maloney officiating. Interment will follow the service at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
