John Ellis

John R. Ellis 77 of Dayton, TN passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones at home on Sept. 21, 2023. He was born in Michigan and moved to Dayton, TN, in 1984. He was a member of the Laurelbrook SDA church. He was preceded in death by his mother Ida Ellis and brother Richard Ellis. He leaves behind his wife of 53 years Barbara Ellis, brothers Walter (Sandy) Ellis, Warren (Nena) Ellis, Sisters in law Kathy (Joe) Ellis Hodges, Laura (Arny) Meert Children Jimmy (Annette) Ellis, Daryll (Dorka) Ellis, Carolyn Ellis, 11 nieces and nephews, 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held on September 30, 2023 at 3:00PM at Graysville SDA Church (4261 Dayton Ave. Graysville, TN 37338).
