John Andrew Radcliffe, a loving brother and dedicated Navy veteran, passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 60. He peacefully left this world at The Waters of Sweetwater in Sweetwater, Tennessee, surrounded by his family and loved ones. Born on January 29, 1963, in Norwalk, Ohio, John was the cherished son of Allan and Nancy (Bingman) Radcliffe.


John's passion for woodworking was evident throughout his life, and he dedicated countless hours honing his craft. His skill and creativity in this art form brought joy to many. As a Navy veteran, John served his country with honor and distinction, demonstrating his commitment to protecting and serving others.


John is survived by his beloved siblings, Sandra (John) Bentz, Jeff Radcliffe, and William Radcliffe, along with his adored nephew, Anthony Bentz, niece Holly Bentz, nephew Jeffrey Radcliffe, and niece Billie Kay Radcliffe. His family was a source of great pride and joy for John, and he cherished the time spent with them.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Allan and Nancy Radcliffe. Their memories will forever be held dear in the hearts of those who loved John.


To honor and celebrate John's life, the family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date and time. The arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Companion Funeral and Cremation Service, Athens, TN Chapel.


John Andrew Radcliffe will be remembered as a dedicated Navy veteran, a skilled woodworker, and a loving family member. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his memory inspire us to cherish our loved ones and pursue our passions with unwavering dedication.
