John A. Fairchild, Jr.

John A. Fairchild, Jr.,70, a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and North Georgia, passed away on May 21, 2021. He loved his family dearly, loved fishing, working on cars, drinking coffee and sitting on the back porch.
Preceded in death along with his parents John Albert Fairchild Sr. And Betty Fairchild his sisters Fay Marsh and Sandy Finney, grand children Charles Gentry, Billy Stewart 3rd, Rozzlynn Fairchild, Sarah Lynn, Keith Arendale, and Allison Fairchild.
Survived by his loving wife Deborah Fairchild, his sisters Rhoda Fairchild and Pat (Billy) Worley. His children Mitchell Ervin, Shelia Gentry, Theresa Ramsey (Hope and Billy), Daniel Hardin, John Fairchild 3rd, Angie Kent (Austin), Tim Fairchild, Matt Fairchild, Sidney Fairchild, Myleigh Fairchild, Elijah Fairchild, And Tanner Fairchild. Several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Cassandra Baptist Church, 1371 West Cove Road. Chickamauga, GA 30707 followed by the service at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor Glenn Roberts officiating.
