Obituary
Jimmie Ruth Fricks Wilson, 88, a resident of East Ridge, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday night November 20, 2012 in a local hospital. Jimmie was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga being born here on October 11, 1924 a daughter of the late Bud Wilson and Sally Wilson Ward. She worked for many years at Cutter Laboratories.
In addition to her parents Jimmie is preceded in death by a sister Mary Kathern Atchley and a brother James McKissick.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory six children Jimmy, Diane, Frank, Ronnie, Dale, and Debbie. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and many other extended family members and friends.
A graveside service is planned for Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 12:00 PM at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Roger Kittle officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday night November 23, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM in the parlor of Companion Funeral & Cremation Service located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW in Cleveland TN.
The family request that in lieu of flowers a memorial donation be made to St. Judes Children's hospital in Jimmie's name.
