Obituary
Jerry Wayne Derrick, 66, of Georgetown, TN passed away at his home on Wednesday morning, June 12, 2013 surrounded by his family. Jerry was a native of Athens TN being born July 17, 1946 a son of the late Paul and Beulah Derrick. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the United State Navy having served his country during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his loving wife Connie, two children Misty Martin and Jeremy Derrick, four grandchildren, four siblings and numerous other extended family members and friends.
He requested no formal services or visitation however his remains will be interred in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
