Jennifer Renee' Cathey

Ms. Jennifer “Jenny” Renee’ Cathey, of Cleveland, TN, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2021 at the age of 43. Jenny was born to parents Kenneth Cathey and Brenda Shipman on November 20th,1978 in Cleveland, Tn. She grew up as the youngest and had one older sister. She attended Bradley High School. Jennifer was a stay-at-home mom for most of her adult life. She enjoyed spending time with her kids, her grandkids, and her sister, and loved thrift shopping. Jenny had three children: Dylan Liner, Tyler Cathey, and Karlee Ratcliff. Jennifer enjoyed living life and being a free spirit. She was smart and funny. She made everyone around her laugh. Jennifer is survived by her mother and stepfather, Brenda and Merlon Shipman; son, Dylan Liner; her son, Tyler Cathey; her daughter, Karlee Ratcliff; and her sister, Patricia Smith. She also survived by several grandchildren, Serenity Liner, Oaklynn Liner, and Blakely Liner. She is preceded in death by her father; Kenneth “Moon” Cathey and stepmother; Jennifer M Cathey. Private family services will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2021
