Obituary
Jennie Mae Moore, 97, a resident of Old Fort, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 4.
She was the oldest member of Beech Springs Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Daye Moore; her parents, William R. and Leota Suttles; and 16 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include five children: Virginia Carney, Cherokee, NC; Arnold Moore, Old Fort, TN; Wilma Cannon (Burley), Cookeville, TN; Louis Moore (Cindy), Brooks, GA; and Gail Stephenson (Bill), Ocoee, TN; 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 on Thursday December 5, 2013 at Beech Springs Baptist Church in Polk County, with Pastor Jerry Campbell officiating.
Interment will follow on Friday, December 6, at 10:00AM , in Benton Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00PM Thursday, December 5, at Beech Springs Baptist Church.
