Janet Lillian Pittman

Janet Lillian Pittman, 79, of Hixson, Tennessee passed away November 12, 2020. She was of the Catholic faith. She was born in Ludlow Mass, on April 16, 1941. She was the daughter of Alphones Joseph Clouiter and Margaret Mary Narreau of Indian Orchard, Massachusetts. Alphones & Margaret had a daughter Margaret Marie that passed away at the age of 1 year old in 1938. Mrs. Pittman has a half sister Betty Anne who resides in Massachusetts. She married Phillip James Guyette and has two sons, Bruce James & Kevin Robert. She remarried in 1970 at Ft. Benning, Georgia. She was an interior decorator and worked at the Carriage House in Hixson, Tennessee. As an entrepreneur in 1987 she along with Martha Goebel opened The Encore Shop in Hixson. She is survived by her two sons, along with four grandchildren, Lindsay, Autumn, Zachery and Adrian. She also has 12 great grandchildren. She has requested no visitation or memorial service. Janet will be cremated and placed at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with her late husband.
