Jamie Janel Miller

Jamie Janel Miller, born on November 30, 1988, in East Ridge, TN, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2024, at her home in Chattanooga, TN. She is survived by her loving mother, Angela Barby; her devoted sister, Lakiesha Smartt; her beloved brother, James Aaron Turner, Jr.; former husband, Damyelle Miller; brother-in-law, Shannon Bramlett and Kendrell Hamilton; sister-in-law, Ciara Brown; best friend, Chloe Mcclure; special friend, Clayton Mason and dog, Princess. Jamie is also remembered fondly by a host of other family members including her nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Jamie enjoyed spending time with loved ones, reading, gaming and TikTok. As we reflect on her life, we celebrate the beauty brought into our world and heartfelt connections she forged. Jamie's spirit will live on in stories shared about her beautiful smile, kindness, passions and the love she so generously gave to those around her. Jamie's hard fought journey has concluded, but her memory will forever shine brightly in our hearts.

Jamie was preceded in death by her grandmother, Laura Turner; grandfather, Claude Barby; step-grandfather, J.J. Turner and estranged father James Aaron Turner, Sr.
