James Redmond, 73, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on Monday June 18, 2018 at his residence surrounded by family and friends.
James was born on October 1, 1944. He was retired First Sergeant in the United States Army/Special Forces. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Rosemarie Redmond; stepdaughter, Rosemarie Steward; stepsons, Thomas DiFebbo (Samantha) and Michael DiFebbo (Jenna); 9 grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, Caroleann Anderson (John), Kathleen Serody (Wayne), and Irene Putnick (Rick).
A celebration of life memorial graveside service is planned for Monday June 25, 2018 at 2:30PM in the Chattanooga National Cemetery, with Father Mike Nolan officiating the service.
