James Mosley "Jimmy" Ramsey

James Mosley “Jimmy” Ramsey, 71, a resident of Cleveland, TN, passed away on Saturday, July 23rd, 2016. He was of the Baptist faith. Jimmy had a passion for cars and fishing, but more than anything, he loved spending time with his family. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William Franklin Ramsey and Annie Odessa Simmons Ramsey; brothers, Frank Ramsey, David Ramsey, Charles Ramsey; sisters, Marie Osteen, and Mary Denton.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his children, Lisa Roberts (Josh), of Bloomington, Indianna, Dorsie Hutchison, of Seymour, Indianna, and Sons, James Ramsey and Ronnie Ramsey of North Carolina. Brothers, Paul Ramsey and Harold Ramsey of Texas; sisters, Annette Aikens, of Old Fort, TN, Carolyn Inglett, of Gainsville, FL, Retha Hill, of Lakeland, FL, and Betty Padgett, of Gadston, AL; 2 grandchildren, and numerous extended family and friends.
A celebration of life service is planned for Wednesday, July 27th, 2016, at 6:00pm in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home, located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, with Bishop Eric Ricks officiating the service.
A graveside service is planned for 1:00pm on Thursday, July 28th, 2016 in the Lee Cemetery.
