Obituary
James Jonthan “J.J.” Leroy, 24, a resident of Decatur, TN passed away on Tuesday, January 22nd, 2013 at his home. J. J. was born in Chattanooga, TN on November 17, 1988 a son of the late Ronnie White. He was of the Baptist faith.
J. J. leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother Sarah Leroy also of Decatur, two sisters Heather Walker of Ooltewah and Amy Walker of Decatur, two brothers Shane Leroy of McDonald and Blake Harden of Cleveland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, January 26th, at 2:00 PM at the Bancroft Church of God located at 180 Bancroft Rd, McDonald, TN with Pastor Brenda Woods officiating. Interment will follow in the Bancroft cemetery with Blake Harden, Timmy, McDaniel, Terry McDaniel, Phillip McCoin, Lee Blankenship, Ben Earman, Matthew Henry, and Daniel Foote serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the 2:00 PM service time.
