James "Bob" Harte

James Robert "Bob" Harte, 90, of Cleveland, TN passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, September 6, 2023 after an extended illness.

Bob was originally from Bluefield, WV.

He was a veteran of the United States Air Force who honorably served during the Korean War.

Bob attended Bluefield College for two years before transferring to the University of Tennessee where he received his Masters Degree in Business.

Upon retirement from Bowater, Inc., Bob moved to Cleveland where he resided for the remainder of his life.

Bob requested that his remains be taken to Richmond, VA to be interred alongside his mother, with his faithful companion, Sigmund.

A "Celebration of Life" is being planned for Saturday, November 4th from 11am to 2pm at the Cleveland Country Club. If you wish to attend, please RSVP no later than Thursday, October 26th, to ddivalannie@aol.com.
