James Chappell, a resident of Decatur, TN passed away on December 25, 2019 at his home. A loving husband, father, and Papaw! He fought a long hard battle with cancer he lost that battle Christmas Day!
He was preceded in death by both parents Robert and Dorothy Chappell, two brothers Tommy and Ray Chappell.
He leaves behind wife Delena 5 Children Roberta, Jessee (Kyle), Angie, Robert and Joseph, 13 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, two Loving sisters Hilda and Sharon and one brother Harry (Roberta). He had many cousins who was special to him Mitchell, Keith and Phyllis, 4 special brother-in-law's Geno, Kevin, Rodney and GP(Sylvo) and two best friends John and Cricket Karman.
