Obituary
James Allen Chadwick, 62, a resident of Charleston, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at his home. He is survived by his loving wife, Willene Chadwick, two sons Steven Chadwick and Mark Chadwick one daughter Lisa Ensley, four grandchildren, two brothers Monty and Robert Chadwick and numerous other extended family members and friends.
A celebration of his life is planned for Monday, June 17th, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Cleveland Community Chapel Church of God located at 1807 Blythe Avenue SE in Cleveland, TN with Pastor Robert Lesley officiating.
The family will receive friends at that church from 6:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time on Monday.
