James Allen Brown

James Allen Brown, 56, of Benton, TN passed away on October 26, 2016 at his home. He was born on January 12, 1960 to the late Fred and Laura Brown. James was a lifelong resident of this area. He loved to hunt and work on cars, especially Chevrolets.

In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by his brother Stan Brown and two sisters Freda “Duck” Stinnett and Nancy Brown.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 30 years, Tamela Brown.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday October 29, 2016 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. Interment will follow the service in Benton Station Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at the funeral home on Friday October 28, 2016.
