Obituary

Jacqulyn L Goforth, 59, of Cleveland, TN passed away on Wednesday July 2, 2014. She was born on October 3, 1954 to the late Jackson and Velma Boyd. Jackie loved spending time at the river, but most of all she loved spending time with the light of her life: her granddaughter, Shiplee.

In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by two brothers: Stephen Boyd and Dane Allen.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of twenty years Junior Goforth; daughter Marka Moore (Cody Ellis); a very special granddaughter Shiplee Moore; one brother Mitch Boyd (Missy); four special sisters in her life: Renee Calfee, Nancy Stamey, Karen Goforth, and Edna Lake. In addition to these, she leaves behind many other extended family members and friends.

The family is planning a memorial gathering on Thursday, July 31st, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Samples Baptist Church located at 371 Samples Chapel Road in Cleveland, TN 37323.
