Jacqueline (Jackie) J. Garron, 62, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at her home in Cleveland, TN.
Jackie Garron was born on July 1, 1961, in Brooklyn, NY, to Thomas Loughlin Sr. and Camille Loughlin-Bowers.
Jackie graduated from Pompano Beach (FL) High School in 1979. She started her career with the Pompano Beach, FL Police Department as a Police/Fire/Rescue Dispatcher & 911 Operator. In 1999, the department merged with the Broward County, FL Sheriff's Office and she continued her career, retiring in May 2016 after 37 years of service to the citizens of Broward County.
Jackie married her beloved husband of 34 years, George Garron on August 20, 1989, in Ft Lauderdale, FL. Together, they raised their children in Coconut Creek, FL before moving to Cleveland, TN after her husband retired in July of 2017.
Jackie was best known for the love she had for her family. Nothing made her smile more than the hugs and laughter of her grandchildren, Chloe, Katie, Ryleigh Smith, and Karter Rams. A close second was her love for anything Mickey & Minnie Mouse, garage and estate sales, and thrifting. She shares her birthday with her first grandchild, Chloe.
In addition to her husband George, Jackie is survived by her mother, Camille Loughlin-Bowers and her significant other, Robert Guillory, of Sebastian, FL, her children, Heather Nabi of Lake Worth, FL, Michael B. Garron and his girlfriend Claire Kinstle of Raleigh, NC and Chelsea Rams and her husband Jason of Cleveland. She also leaves a brother Thomas Loughlin, Jr and his wife Dena, of Fellsmere, FL, a sister, Patricia Morales and her husband Dean, of Vero Beach, FL, a special aunt, Linda Bara of Cave Creek, AZ, and special sister in law, Phyllis Ducharme of Andersonville, TN, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Jacqueline is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Loughlin Sr.
A memorial service for Jacqueline Garron will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 3:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home of Cleveland. The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm prior to the service.
