Jay McClary

Jacob Lake McClary IV (Jay) was a lifelong resident of Cleveland. Born in Cleveland, he passed away at Erlanger Hospital after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 54.

Jay was preceded in death by sister, Alena Suzanne McClary of Knoxville and uncle, Attorney Ed Baugh of Cleveland.

He is survived by his parents, Jacob McClary, III and Susan Baugh McClary. Uncles John Baugh (Cheryl) of Chattanooga and Michael Baugh (Cindy) of Maryville, TN. His long-time caregiver, Butch Ramsey of Cleveland. Also, many cousins.

Jay was quite a accomplished musician, both piano and guitar. He received an associate's degree in computer programming from Cleveland State. He was of the Christian faith.
