Jackie Lynn Denny

Jackie Lynn Denny, 53, a resident of Englewood, TN was called home by her Heavenly Father on Wednesday evening, July 6, 2022 in a Cleveland, TN hospital. She was born on June 25, 1969 in Utica, New York. She was currently employed with the Food City of Etowah, TN. Jackie was also a gifted hairdresser who enjoyed gardening, astrology, essential oils, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother Karen Coffman, one brother Darell Mecklenburg and one step brother Benny Haywood.
Jackie leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband Steve Denny, three children Amanda Williams (Andy), Amber Phillips (Austin Martin) and Tyler Phillips (Amanda), eight grandchildren Bethany, Brittany, Ethan, Silas, Elias, Breyden, Carter and Wyatt, step father Matthew Allen Haywood Sr., two step children Stephanie Wing (Charlie Blanford) and James Denny (Kellie), seven step grandchildren Brittany, Samantha, Nathan, Gideon, Rachel, Ashe and Holly, five siblings Danny Mecklenburg Jr., Kelly Mecklenburg, Matthew A. Haywood Jr., Angela Haywood and Matthew A. Baker, numerous other extended family members, work family and a host of special friends.
A celebration of her life is planned for Sunday, July 10, 2022 at 7:00 PM in the Athens chapel of Companion Funeral Home with the Reverend Wes Hall officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 5:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time.
