Jackie Forrest Bryson Jr, 51, a resident of Cleveland passed away at his home on Saturday, June8th, 2013 following a year long and hard fought battle with cancer. God looked down and saw he needed a special flower for his garden, so he picked Jackie. He was born on November 9th, 1961 in Pinehurst, NC a son of the late Jackie Forrest Bryson Sr. and Bertha Marie Garner Bryson.
Jackie was employed at Shaw Industries for 25 years. He was currently working at Lowes of Cleveland for past two years. Jackie loved his job and the many people he worked with.
Jackie leaves behind to cherish his memory one sister Pamala McIntosh and husband Brian of Cleveland, on brother Tony Lynn Bryson of Dalton, GA, several nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts. He is also survived by special lifelong friends Kenny Green, Kevin Green, Ricky Franks, Linda Larman and Bob & Zanna Bradley.
A memorial service is planned for Sunday June 16th, 2013 at 3:00 PM at the United Memorial Gardens in Dalton, GA with Bob Bradley officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial donations be made in Jackie’s memory to Hospice of Chattanooga.
