Jack William Chadwick, 65, a resident of Charleston, TN passed away on Monday night, February 18th, 2013 in a Crossville, TN hospital. Jack was born on February 23, 1947. He was of the Baptist faith. He serv ed as an Army Chaplin for many years.
He is survived by one sister Helen Fairbanks of Cleveland, TN.
There will be a graveside service on Saturday, February 23rd, 2013 at the Center Point Baptist Church Cemetery in Charleston, TN.
