Inez Stroud

Inez Stroud, 82, of Charleston TN, passed away Sunday night 11/12/23 peacefully in her sleep at a Healthcare Facility in Collegedale TN. Born 1/18/1941 to the late Margaret and Arthur Coffman, she lived her childhood and teen years in Pennsylvania where she enjoyed being a majorette and a drum majorette in High School. After the birth of her first daughter Inez moved to Central Florida. She worked at the Mayflower Retirement Community until her retirement beckoned her to Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her twin brothers, Jack and Jerry Coffman.

Inez leaves behind her husband Robert (Bobby) Stroud of TN, sister Juanita Crego and brother Arthur Coffman both of VA. She has two daughters, Roxanne Bartosek and Misty Lemay both of Fl., and two sons Christopher Henry of Fl. and Matthew Hart of NC. Inez also had many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, who will all miss her fiery spirit and sassy attitude.

She was a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary of Cleveland, TN. and past member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Women of the Moose, both of Cleveland TN.

No service is currently planned, a Celebration of Life is to be planned for a later date. Family is requesting in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her name.
