Horace Wesley Carden

Horace Wesley Carden, 72, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. Horace was born on January 18, 1950 to the late George and Sadie Ruth Carden in Florida. He loved working on cars and life on the river. He was a long-time member of the IBEW 175 local union. When he wasn't working, he was enjoying the high life.

Along with his parents Horace was preceded in death by his wife, Eva; and his brother, David Carden.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his 4 sons, John Carden, Jamison Carden, Dale Simmons, and Eric Carden.
He will be greatly missed by a multitude of family, grandchildren and friends. “Pusseye” was loved by everyone he knew. We love you Papaw, Rest easy.

The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Companion Funeral Home of Athens from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
