Helen Marie Trentham Goins

Helen Goins, age 68 of Cleveland, departed this life on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Born on December 17, 1953 to the late Hoyt and Maggie Trentham, she was a native and lifelong resident of Bradley County and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a graduate of the Tennessee School for the Deaf and loved spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Geneva, Mary, Hazel, and Ruby; brothers,Howard, A.J., and Ralph; and grand chilldren, Christina Wilcox and Billy Rodgers.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Lisa Farris (Marshall) and Pamela Wilcox(Billy Rodgers); as well as several nieces and nephews, including Sandra Elrod and Tarkenton Martin, whom she helped raise, and other extended family members and a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life and Home going for Helen Marie Trentham Goins will be held at 11 AM Monday, May 2, 2022 from the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home with David Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in the Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Jonathan WIlcox, Dennis Evans, Mitchell Cronan, Tarkenton Martin, Scotty Wilcox, Toby Trimble, and Timothy Trentham serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 5PM until 8PM on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at the funeral home.
