Helen (Hulse) Powell

Helen (Hulse) Powell, 92, went to be with the Lord and Savior on November 19, 2019. She was a resident of Athens, TN and formally of Albany, NY. She attended Union Chapel UMC. Helen was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents William & Edna Hulse, loving husband George Powell, and one daughter Barbara Myers.
Helen leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter Beverly Ray, grandchildren Ronnie & Lori Templeton, Randy & Mary Ray, several special grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned in honor of Helen on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Union Chapel UMC located at 841 County Road 130 in Athens, TN with the Reverend Bruce Vincent officiating.
