Hazel Lee Couch

Hazel Lee Couch 65 of Cleveland was called home by the Father Thursday, August 8th, after a long Battle with a terminal illness.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son Billy Glenn Couch and daughter Angela Holdiman, both of Cleveland; two step sons David M. Reeves Jr. and Joseph Vincent; one step daughter Sabrina Evon Cain; one special grandson and granddaughter Cody & Taylor Holdiman; three great grandchildren Summer, River and Wyatt Holdiman; several grandchildren, Misty Lovell, Monica Holdiman, Darwyn Howard, Courtney Cain, Danielle Cain, David Reeves, Seth Reeves; her only surviving sibling Gracie May Gilbert and husband Ralph of Tunnel Hill, GA and several beloved nieces and nephews.
She is proceeded by her parents Rev. Terry F Collier and Jossie Beatrice Collier; two Brothers Wallace & Eugene Collier; two sisters Nellie Odell Couch and Clara Beatrice Truelove; and lifelong companion David M. Reeves.
A Remembrance of Life service will be conducted by Companion Funeral Home with family receiving friends Monday, August 12th from 5pm – 8pm and the service will be held on Tuesday, August 13th at 12 noon with Pastor Mike Whitmire officiating with guest singer and family friend Renea. Interment will follow after the service at Earl’s Cemetery.
The family extends a very heartfelt appreciation and thank you to Dr. Jaggers for many years of prayer and dedication to her care to his staff and many other health care staff who fought her battle with us.
