**Obituary for Gregory Caraway**

*August 23, 1969 - November 4, 2024*

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gregory Caraway, age 55, who left us on November 4, 2024. Gregory was born in Dayton, Tennessee, on August 23, 1969, to Wilford Caraway and Thelma Jean Caraway. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Thelma Jean Caraway, and his brother, Randell Raleigh Caraway.

Gregory was a devoted father, grandfather, and friend. He is survived by his father, Wilford Raleigh Caraway; his children, Gregory Michael Caraway, Ashley Ann Carney, Morgan Smith, and Tyler Paul Caraway; and his stepsons, Dustin Knoll and Michael Braydon Moore. Gregory's love for his grandchildren was immeasurable, and he leaves behind Tanner Lee Caraway, Aiden John Carney, Penelope Brookelyn Carney, and Mila Belle Smith, who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

Gregory had a warm and giving spirit, always there for those in need. His strength, humor, and kindness touched everyone he encountered. He found joy in the simple things, and his laughter was contagious. Gregory's legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will remember him for his unwavering love and loyalty.

He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will remain with us always. May he rest in peace.
