Greg Nichols

Greg Nichols, 42, a lifelong resident of Athens, TN passed away on Thursday morning, September 27, 2018 at Erlanger Medical Center. He was born on November 16, 1975. Greg was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by his sister Tammy Nichols, grandparents Ed & Elizabeth Nichols, Johnny & Irene Stephens and Jack & Betty Davis and aunt Nancy Baker.
Greg is survived by his parents Doug & Phyllis Nichols, nephew Gregory Nichols along with numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, October 1, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the Athens chapel of Companion Funeral Home.
A graveside service is planned for Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Cedar Grove Cemetery with the Reverend Jerry Stephens officiating.
