Obituary
Gordon Alexander Little Bear Murphy, 32, a resident of Decatur, TN passed away on Thursday morning, November 22, 2012 at his home. Gordon was affectionately known by all his family and friends by “Bear”. He was born on December 17, 1979 in Chattanooga, TN and had been a lifelong resident of the Decatur area. He was of the Baptist faith. Bear will be greatly missed all those who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by a grandfather Gerald Phillips.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory one son Arron Alexander Womack, his mother Sharron M. Hood, girlfriend Sherrie Jasso, one brother John N. Hood (Heather), Grandmother Jessie Goodwin, niece Leslie Hood, nephews Brad, Ethan and Michael Hood, and several other uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and other extended family members.
A graveside service is planned for Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the McInturff Cemetery located off Highway 60 in Birchwood, TN.
