Gilbert Roland Sheldon Jr, 66, of Athens, TN passed away August 29, 2004 at a hospital surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by his father Gilbert R. Sheldon Sr., mother Iva Lee Sheldon, brothers Dale and Windell Sheldon.
He is survived by wife Debbie Sheldon of Athens, TN, Tracy Sheldon of Athens, TN; daughter and son in law Helen and Rickey Gresham of Decatur, TN; son and daughter in law William and Mary Sheldon of Ft. Carson, CO; son and daughter in law Matthew and Alleynea Sheldon of Old Fort, TN; daughter and son in law Pansy and Ronnie Crisp from Cleveland; daughter and son in law Rolanda and William Sewell of Cleveland, TN; brother Tim and Mary Sheldon of Old Fort, TN; and brother Marty and Pam Sheldon of Virginia; 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A service will be held on Sunday September 14, 2014 at 3:00pm at Companion Funeral and Cremation Service located at 2415 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00pm before the service.
