George Scott Bryant

George Scott Bryant of Athens, Tennessee passed away in his home on January 18th following a prolonged illness. Scott was born on March 28, 1964 to George (deceased) and Margie Bryant. Scott was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Joseph and Mary Bryant and maternal grandparents Horace and Emma Riden. Surviving family members include: mother Margie Bryant, siblings Bennett Bryant, Pat Toomey, Gary Bryant, Michael Bryant, and Donna Hicks.
Scott attended Mtn View Elementary. He went on to graduate from McMinn Central High in Englewood in 1983. Scott had a love of music, cars, and spending time with family.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 6:30 PM in the Chapel of Companion Funeral Home-Athens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 5:00 till the 6:30 Service.
