Geoffrey Brian Stubbs

Geoffrey Brian Stubbs (72) born March 22, 1949, passed away on Sunday March 6, 2022. Geoff currently resided in Tunnel Hill, GA for the past 25 years. Prior to moving to Georgia, he resided in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Geoff was born in Whitney, Ontario, Canada to the late Walter and Gwendolyn Stubbs.

Geoff is survived by his wife Anita Bridges Stubbs: daughter -Tanya (Steve Clark) Stubbs, Fergus Ontario: son- Jim (Collette) Stubbs, Prosser Brook, New Brunswick; step- son- Shannon (Kate) Bridges, Ringgold. GA; grandchildren Ethan Stubbs, Tyler, Stubbs, Jade Clark, Isabella Clark, Jonathan Bridges, Jack Bridges, Matthew Bridges; sister Janice Turner (Terry Barrett): brother -John Stubbs (Karen Johnson).

Geoff worked for Michelin/Uniroyal Goodrich, Kitchener, Ontario for over 23 years. Final years before retiring was working at Mohawk Industries, Dalton GA.

Geoff was an avid hunter and fisherman. When not hunting or on the water, Geoff enjoyed shotgun sports, skeet, trap and sporting clays.

Geoff will be cremated with a private service at a later date in his hometown of Whitney, Ontario.
