Obituary
Fred Lee Adams, 53, of Cleveland, passed away on Monday October 30, 2011 in a Chattanooga healthcare facility following a lengthy illness. Fred was born on November 14, 1957 in Panama City, FL but had lived in Cleveland most of his life, and graduated from Bradley Central High School. Fred was a member of the Clingan Ridge Baptist Church, was an avid softball player, and enjoyed fishing, Nascar, and playing darts. He was employed by Life Care Centers of America for over 10 years. He was preceded in death by his father Harry J. Adams, Sr.
Fred is survived by his mother, Eloise Adams of Cleveland, one son, Dale Adams of Cleveland, three brothers, John (Kathy) Adams of Cleveland, David (Sherry) Adams of Cleveland, and Jim (Twyla) Adams of Clearwater, FL and one sister, Sherri (Eric) Morgan of Charleston, TN. Nieces, nephews, and other extended family members also survive.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday November 2, 2011 in the Red Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Ricky Vaughn officiating. There will be no formal visitation held.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be sent to 2102 Old Charleston Road NE, Cleveland, TN 37312 to cover Fred’s medical expenses.
