Frank Michael Blumenfeld, 65, a resident of Cartersville, GA passed away Monday, November 25, 2013 in a Cartersville healthcare facility.
Frank is preceded in death by one son James Michael Blumenfeld.
Frank leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother Evelyn Hopkins, one son and daughter-in-law Michael Lee and Kathy Blumenfeld of Douglasville, GA, two daughters and one son-in-law Michelle Lynn and Jeff Kimmons, Rhonda Proctor, two brothers John Blumenfeld and Mark Hopkins, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
