Frank Leonard Hahn Jr.

Frank Leonard Hahn Jr, age 85, of Athens, Tennessee passed away at his home on Thursday, April 8, 2021. Frank was born on December 26, 1935 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Frank L. Hahn and Clara Mae Byland Hahn. He enjoyed playing golf, working on cars, aviation, Disney Magic, and spending time with his family and friends.
Along with his parents and grandparents, Frank is preceded death by his wife, Wanda Morrow Hahn; as well as an infant son.
Frank was known to his granddaughter; Tyler Sue Warn as “Honey Bear” and they were the light of each other’s eyes. Elisha and Blair, his great- grandchildren brought joy and happiness to his last year living in Tennessee. After 13 years of service, serving on several different aircraft carriers, Frank was honorably discharged from the United States Navy. He then went on to retire from a career at Walt Disney, where he was a bus driver for the company.
Frank leaves behind to cherish his memory, his daughter, Missy Hahn (John Turner) of Athens, TN; his son, Van Hahn (Laura Cottom) of Orlando, FL; son, Lennie Rivers of DeBary, FL; daughter, Lynn Rivers Anderson of Sanford, FL; along with 7 grandchildren, and several great- grandchildren; as well as sisters, Lois A. Bjork of Etowah, TN, and Janet L. Menges of Avon Park, FL; several nieces and nephews, who knew and loved him as uncle “Len”, along with several extended family members.
A celebration of Life for Frank will be held at a later date.
