Frank Goodwin

James Franklin (Frank) Goodwin, 89, a life long resident of Cleveland, passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 14, 2019

He was a life long member of Bethel Baptist Church and a faithful servant to his Lord and Savior. A friend to all who knew him. He served our country in the Korean War.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents Ernie and Nannie Goodwin, brother Norman Goodwin and sister Helen Goodwin.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Anna Jane Goodwin, sons; Rick (Pam) Goodwin and Terry (Beverly) Goodwin of Cleveland, granddaughters Amanda (Andy) Freeman of Germany and Heather (Jeremy) Rogers of Cleveland, great grandchildren; Chase (Shelby) Freeman of Colorado, Chandler, Connor and Camdyn Freeman of Germany and Lilli and Willow Rogers of Cleveland.

The Celebration of Frank’s life will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Bethel Baptist Church located at 2514 Old Chattanooga Pike, Cleveland, TN 37311 with the Revs. John Smith and Doyle McNabb officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00-3:00. Entombment will follow the service at Sunset Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to Bethel Baptist Church,
