Frank Ray Finnell

Frank Ray Finnell, 89, of Cleveland, TN peacefully passed away at his home on May 23, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was an Army veteran and served in Korea. He was retired from Bowater where he worked for 35 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank T. and Opal Finnell, father and mother-in law, R. L. and Helen Jones, brother, Charles Mac Finnell, sister and brother-in-law, Jo Ann and Bruce Hooper and niece, Debbie Carlton.

He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Janice Finnell, daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Mark Hall, sister-in-law, Sally Finnell, nieces, Beth Finnell and Alice Davidson and nephew, James Hughes. At his request a private family burial was held.
